- Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nursing Assignment
- Location: Granbury, TX
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- End Date: 11/30/2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Schedule Notes: No call, no floating, no 48-hour rule
- Setting: Emergency Department / ER
- Unit Highlights: 10-room, 19-bed/chair Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient ratio
Job Requirements
- Active RN licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- TNCC certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- At least 1 year of Emergency Department or ER nursing experience required; 2 years preferred
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Experience with trauma, stroke, and chest pain patient care preferred
- Required titers must be available at the time of submission
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute and critical conditions
- Assess, stabilize, and monitor patients presenting with trauma, stroke, chest pain, and other urgent medical needs
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary care team members to support rapid, effective treatment plans
- Maintain safe, efficient care in a busy Emergency Department environment
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using the EMR system
- Prioritize patient flow while maintaining attention to quality, safety, and compassion
- Adapt quickly to a fast-moving acute care setting and contribute to a positive team culture
