• Float Opportunities: May be asked to float to nearby sister facilities in the surrounding region
• EMR: Cerner experience preferred

Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg acute care experience required
• Travel RN experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Resume must reflect relevant medical-surgical nursing experience
• Recent specialty references preferred
• Ability to provide required submission documentation promptly
• Cerner experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg hospital environment
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and communicate updates to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical standards and physician orders
• Support patients and families with education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
• Adapt to unit needs and provide support as needed across the care setting
