Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Strong background in adult and geriatric patient care
• Ability to work rotating weekends and adapt to floating assignments
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to Med/Surg patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients
• Work effectively within a 1:6 patient ratio environment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress and discharge planning
• Document care accurately in the Meditech EHR
• Float as needed to support unit needs and maintain excellent patient care standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused unit culture
