Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required; 4-5 years preferred
• Travel nursing experience required
• Experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Active New York RN license and all active RN licenses verified through Nursys
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex required
• Ability to float to other units as needed
• Resume must document relevant ICU experience and travel nursing history

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Manage complex therapies and specialty equipment, including CRRT, IABP, and ventilatory support
• Support care for a wide range of diagnoses, including neuro, medical, cardiac, surgical, and trauma cases
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, effective treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EPIC and follow established nursing protocols
• Float to approved units when needed to support patient care needs
• Deliver professional, patient-centered care in a high-acuity critical care environment
