• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Shifts Per Week: Typically 3 shifts per week
• Shift Schedule: Varied days with rotating weekends
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,520 - $2,650

Job Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
• CVOR / open heart experience required
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• ICU experience preferred
• Scrubbing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular surgery patients
• Assist with surgical procedures in a high-acuity operating room setting
• Support care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and elderly patient populations
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the OR team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Prepare the operating room and maintain readiness for cardiac surgery and procedural sedation cases
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care throughout the surgical experience
• Adapt to rotating schedules and weekend coverage as needed
