• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with variable days
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Call Requirements: 8 weekday call shifts and up to 6 weekend call days per month

Job Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• At least 2 years of Cath Lab nursing experience preferred
• Experience with diagnostic cardiac procedures and PCI cases
• Ability to monitor patients, circulate during procedures, and provide sedation as appropriate for the RN role
• ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Experience in a community hospital or mixed IR/Cath Lab setting preferred
• Comfort working with a collaborative team in a high-acuity procedural environment
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular care, patient safety, and procedural workflow

Responsibilities

• Support left and right heart catheterizations, PCI procedures, and advanced cardiovascular interventions
• Assist with procedures involving Rotablator, CSI, Shockwave, Impella, IABP, FFR, and IVUS technologies
• Provide safe and effective patient monitoring throughout interventional cardiac procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and cath lab team members to maintain efficient workflow
• Adhere to unit policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on high-quality patient care
• Deliver excellent clinical support in a fast-paced cardiac cath lab travel nurse setting
