• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: 4x10 or 4x12 rotating day/night shifts with weekends and call as needed
• Shift Type: Variable rotation based on unit needs and weekend coverage
• Shift Duration: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• Experience in perioperative nursing or surgical services preferred
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, weekends, and call
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety skills
• Ability to adapt to variable scheduling and meet contracted weekly hours

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room
• Support surgical procedures by maintaining sterile technique and patient readiness
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR support staff
• Care for patients across a variety of surgical cases in a high-acuity acute care setting
• Respond to trauma and urgent surgical cases as assigned
• Adapt to day/night rotations, weekend scheduling, and call coverage
• Promote efficient workflow while maintaining excellent patient outcomes
