Job Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
• Current AHA BLS required
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS required for ICU / CCU nursing care
• At least 1 year of ICU Registered Nurse experience required; 3 years preferred
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to acutely and critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions
• Perform advanced patient monitoring, comprehensive assessments, and nursing interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Respond to changes in patient condition with urgency, clinical judgment, and ICU nursing expertise
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards for patient care and safety
• Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented Intensive Care Unit environment
