Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with reliability and flexibility
• Strong clinical assessment, time management, and communication skills
• Comfort working collaboratively in a team-based patient care environment
• Experience in medical-surgical, inpatient, or acute care nursing settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and report concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and protocols
• Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes throughout the shift
