Job Requirements

• Active Hawaii RN license required by the start date
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced, high-turnover Emergency Department environment
• Ability to work night shift nursing schedules and maintain reliable attendance
• Comfort working in a team-oriented acute care and hospital setting
• Must be able to arrive the Thursday before start for onboarding and employee health appointment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency patients with a wide range of acuity levels
• Monitor and assess patients in trauma, behavioral health, and cardiac monitoring areas
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support timely, effective patient care
• Respond quickly to changing patient conditions in a busy emergency room and acute care setting
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
• Support a culture of teamwork, safety, and compassionate patient care
