Job Requirements

• Active Hawaii RN license required by the start of the assignment
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room or acute care nursing experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to perform in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Comfortable with high patient turnover and team-based care in a high-acuity environment
• Ability to work scheduled night shifts reliably
• Must be able to start on time and complete all pre-assignment onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, monitor, and treat patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support efficient patient flow
• Respond confidently to changing priorities in a high-acuity, high-volume acute care setting
• Document patient care accurately and maintain strong clinical communication throughout the shift
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
