Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented inpatient setting
• Comfortable caring for a diverse adult patient population
• Current BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care on a Medical/Surgical unit
• Monitor patient conditions, complete assessments, and communicate changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support care plans
• Educate patients and families on care needs, recovery goals, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold high standards of clinical practice
