• Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week with every third weekend rotation
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,980 - $2,090
• Charting System: Cerner
• Patient Ratio: 1:4

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license with Emergency Department nursing experience
• At least 1 year of relevant RN experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• TNCC preferred
• Strong ability to work in both ED and Med-Surg environments
• Comfortable working night shifts and weekend rotation
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency department and Med-Surg patients
• Monitor, assess, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Float between the Emergency Department and Med-Surg unit as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Support a safe, organized, and team-oriented healthcare setting
