• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Work Setting: Inpatient Medical-Surgical Unit
• Weekend Requirement: Two weekends per month
• Floating: Surg/Ortho and Rehab
• Start Date: 8/31/2026
• Location: Idaho Falls, ID

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• High level of medication safety and attention to detail
• Ability to work night shifts and remain flexible as needed
• Friendly, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Chemotherapy certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to Med/Surg patients throughout the shift
• Administer medications accurately and maintain strong medication-scanning compliance
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support a patient ratio of approximately 1:6 on nights
• Document care in the EMR and maintain organized, timely charting
• Work collaboratively with charge nurses, CNAs, and support staff
• Float to Surg/Ortho and Rehab as needed
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused unit culture
