• Schedule Options: 5x8s or a combination of 2x8s + 2x12s, discussed during interview
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Call Requirements: One weeknight shift per pay period, plus one 48-hour weekend call every 8 weeks

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing or perioperative nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to adapt to a busy surgical environment and on-call expectations

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room
• Prepare patients, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and procedural teams throughout the perioperative process
• Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Collaborate with the surgical team to support efficient, compassionate patient care
