Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of ICU nursing or critical care experience required
• Current RN license or eligibility to practice in the state of Ohio
• Experience with post-operative cardiac or thoracic patients preferred
• Ability to manage high-acuity patients in a fast-paced intensive care environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork mindset
• Comfort working with complex devices and advanced ICU technology

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for post-cardiac surgery patients admitted directly from the OR
• Titrate drips including sedation medications and vasoactive infusions
• Perform chest tube and line removal, mobilization, and daily weight assessments
• Care for CABG, valve, Ross, thoracic, and aortic dissection patients
• Support patients requiring advanced devices such as CRRT, Impella, IABP, HeartMate III, external VAD, and ECMO
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary critical care team to deliver safe, effective patient care
