Job Details

• Position: ICU Registered Nurse

• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010

• End Date: January 3, 2027

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of ICU nursing or critical care nursing experience required
• Experience with Swan-Ganz catheter hemodynamic monitoring required
• Strong background caring for LVAD and heart transplant patients
• Device experience with LVAD, IABP, or Impella preferred
• Active RN license or eligibility to practice in the state of Ohio
• Current critical care certification or specialty documentation as required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity cardiac ICU environment

Responsibilities

• Provide expert bedside care to critically ill cardiac and heart failure patients
• Monitor hemodynamic status using Swan-Ganz catheter data and critical care assessments
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support complex therapies for patients with advanced cardiac devices and transplant needs
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient safety
• Contribute to a team-oriented ICU nursing environment focused on excellent outcomes
