Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,590-$2,730

Job Details

• Duration: 26 weeks
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Orientation: 12 hours
• Weekend Coverage: Some weekend shifts required
• Float: May float to Mother/Baby or function elsewhere in the facility as needed
• Charting: Epic experience required

Job Requirements

• 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Valid Washington or Compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
• Strong experience with high-risk antepartum and labor management
• Experience with triage, induction/augmentation, VBAC/TOLAC, and maternal emergencies
• Comfort with Epic charting and fast-paced, high-acuity patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a flexible, team-based environment

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery and antepartum settings
• Monitor labor progress and assist with active management of laboring patients
• Support high-risk pregnancies including pre-eclampsia, diabetes, multiples, and VBAC/TOLAC
• Assist with inductions, augmentations, fetal monitoring, and maternal assessments
• Respond to maternal emergencies and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
• Float as needed to support Mother/Baby or other related unit needs
• Promote safe, compassionate care for mothers, newborns, and families throughout the shift
