Job Details

• Position: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Schedule: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hours per Week: 36
• Contract Length: 18 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Start Date: 09/11/2026
• Location: Warrensville Heights, OH 44122
• Setting: Acute care medical/surgical telemetry unit

Job Requirements

• Active Permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification preferred/required per facility standards
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
• Required certifications must be active and in hand at submission; pending items are not accepted
• COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements apply, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Ability to complete required pre-start compliance items and orientation assessments

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical/surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Assess patients, administer medications, and carry out provider orders accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the charting system
• Support a high-quality night shift workflow while maintaining strong patient safety standards
• Adapt to unit needs and contribute to a positive, team-oriented acute care environment
