• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,530-$1,610
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Charting System: Epic

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing or critical care experience required; 2 years preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU and float to ICU, IMC, and Telemetry as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adult ICU patients in a Level I trauma setting
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients, dysrhythmias, central lines, and hemodynamic changes
• Administer blood products and IV therapies, and support BiPAP/CPAP and ventilator management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, IV teams, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response services
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Epic
• Deliver safe, efficient critical care while adapting to changing patient needs and floating within critical care and telemetry areas
