- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,530-$1,610
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Charting System: Epic
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing or critical care experience required; 2 years preferred
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- PALS and TNCC preferred
- Epic charting experience required
- Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU and float to ICU, IMC, and Telemetry as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adult ICU patients in a Level I trauma setting
- Monitor and manage ventilated patients, dysrhythmias, central lines, and hemodynamic changes
- Administer blood products and IV therapies, and support BiPAP/CPAP and ventilator management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, IV teams, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response services
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Epic
- Deliver safe, efficient critical care while adapting to changing patient needs and floating within critical care and telemetry areas
