Job Details

• Position: Medical-Surgical RN / Med-Surg Registered Nurse Travel Assignment
• Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift Pattern: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010
• Location: Boston, MA 02114

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of medical-surgical nursing or travel nursing experience required
• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience caring for acutely ill adult medical patients in an acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Completion of required onboarding and credentialing documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain timely charting standards
• Respond to patient needs and clinical changes with sound judgment and professionalism
