• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 - $2,030
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend off with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts
• On Call: No call

Job Requirements

• Active Washington State RN license or compact/multi-state RN license with required verifications
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Approved 6-hour suicide training
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience preferred
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to float to other departments as needed
• Meditech experience is helpful, but not required
• Ability to maintain flexibility with scheduled time off requests, subject to approval

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Monitor patient status, complete assessments, and communicate changes in condition promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to nursing standards
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery
• Float to other units in rotation as needed while maintaining safe, effective patient care
• Document care clearly and accurately in the electronic health record
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
