• Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend minimum
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• EMR: Epic
• Call Requirement: No call for core hours

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
• Critical care experience in ICU, SCU, or IMC preferred
• Experience with ventilators and vasoactive drips required
• Comfort caring for patients with varying acuity levels, including SCU/IMC and occasional medical-surgical or swing patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced critical care setting with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1
• Strong teamwork skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to high standards of patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and skilled bedside care to critically ill and step-down patients
• Monitor and manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, feeding tubes, chest tubes, and other advanced equipment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery and positive outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in Epic
• Maintain a calm, organized approach in a high-acuity critical care environment
• Float occasionally to medical-surgical areas as needed
