• Position: CVOR Registered Nurse (Cardiovascular Operating Room RN)
• Location: Largo, FL 33770
• Employment Type: Travel Assignment
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 07/21/2026
• End Date: 10/20/2026
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 5:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Hours per Week: 36
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Schedule Expectations: Every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR or cardiovascular surgery nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong knowledge of perioperative and cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Experience working in a high-acuity surgical or operating room environment
• Flexibility to support rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room setting
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, and perioperative team members
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient surgical environment
• Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Support a variety of cardiovascular surgery cases with professionalism and precision
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection prevention standards
