Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of strong critical care experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• 2+ years of neuro critical care experience preferred
• Active RN license and required credentialing for submission and onboarding
• Ability to work rotating day and night ICU shifts
• Experience caring for complex adult ICU patients strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill adult patients with neurological and trauma-related conditions
• Monitor and respond to changing patient status in a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio environment
• Support care for patients with diagnoses such as neurotrauma, stroke, spinal cord injury, and status epilepticus
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Perform ongoing assessments, documentation, and interventions in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Promote positive patient outcomes through clinical expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
