• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Rotation: Typically every third weekend
• Call: None
• Start Date: 09/07/2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Strong experience caring for medical and post-surgical patients
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible, team-oriented hospital setting
• Comfortable floating as a sitter on a rare basis if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled bedside care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor and manage patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, pneumonia, heart failure, and renal failure
• Care for post-operative patients recovering from back, joint, and general surgery procedures
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the care team to support safe patient outcomes
• Maintain a professional, compassionate approach while delivering high-quality nursing care
