Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required; RN supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead in a dynamic patient care environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to serve as an onsite administrative resource after hours

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff across the continuum of care
• Promote excellence, competence, and consistency in patient and family care
• Serve as a hospital-wide resource for operational and clinical decision-making
• Support day-to-day nursing coordination and assist in resolving patient care issues
• Maintain a professional presence that fosters teamwork, accountability, and high-quality outcomes
• Respond to after-hours administrative needs as part of the supervisory role
