- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment

- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,770 - $1,870
- Start Date: ASAP
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience
- BLS certification required before first shift
- ACLS certification required before first shift
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTAC setting
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and follow individualized care plans
- Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient needs
- Communicate patient status updates clearly and promptly to the care team
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
- Support discharge planning and patient education from admission through discharge
- Supervise and delegate appropriately to LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff
- Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment
- Participate in team collaboration, unit communication, and professional growth activities
