• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,770 - $1,870

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience
• BLS certification required before first shift
• ACLS certification required before first shift
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTAC setting

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and follow individualized care plans
• Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient needs
• Communicate patient status updates clearly and promptly to the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
• Support discharge planning and patient education from admission through discharge
• Supervise and delegate appropriately to LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff
• Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment
• Participate in team collaboration, unit communication, and professional growth activities
