Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - LTAC
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Shifts Per Week: 3
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Start Date: ASAP
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,660 - $1,750
• Location: Canton, OH 44710

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required before first shift
• ACLS certification required before first shift
• At least 1 year of bedside clinical experience; 2 years preferred
• Experience in LTAC, sub-acute, rehab, or acute care nursing preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care while following the individualized plan of care
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and update care plans based on patient needs
• Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Administer treatments and interventions while maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Support discharge planning and patient and family education from admission through discharge
• Supervise and delegate appropriately to ancillary nursing staff as needed
• Promote safety, quality outcomes, and a positive patient experience in the LTAC setting
• Contribute to a collaborative unit culture and ongoing professional growth
