• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000 - $2,100
• Schedule Notes: Call shifts 4-5 per 4 weeks with weekend rotation
• Patient Ratio: 1:1

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of OR nursing experience required
• Orthopedic OR experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with major joint, general, urology, and minor vascular cases preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based surgical and perioperative environment
• Must be punctual, adaptable, and committed to high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient nursing care in the operating room
• Support a variety of surgical cases, including orthopedic, general, urology, and vascular procedures
• Maintain patient safety and sterile technique throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with surgeons, surgical techs, and support staff to ensure smooth case flow
• Assist with call coverage and weekend rotation as scheduled
• Float to other areas when ORs are closed, as needed
• Follow unit policies, documentation standards, and surgical best practices
