• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Floating: May be required within a 25-mile radius of the facility
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,860 - $1,960

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Comfortable working scheduled weekend shifts and floating as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and promptly respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
• Monitor telemetry, vital signs, and laboratory results to support safe, effective critical care
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient care accurately using the electronic health record
• Support a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellent patient outcomes
