- Shift Duration: 12-hour days
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,620 - $1,700

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the appropriate state
- 2+ years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
- Experience with high-risk obstetric care, maternal health, and immediate newborn care
- Current BLS, ALS, and advanced fetal monitoring certification
- Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable approach
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and antepartum patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring systems
- Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&Cs, cerclage, and other Labor & Delivery procedures
- Deliver immediate newborn care and support family-centered maternity care
- Collaborate closely with charge nurses, patient care technicians, and the interdisciplinary obstetrics team
- Maintain safe, efficient, and compassionate care in a high-acuity Labor & Delivery unit
- Float as needed to related areas such as MFMU, Mother-Baby, or NICU
