• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Call Requirement: 2 call shifts per scheduled period
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,890 - $1,990
• Location: Fayetteville, AR

Labor & Delivery RN Job Requirements

• Active Arkansas RN license or compact/multistate RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Postpartum nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced women’s health setting

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with deliveries and support physicians and the care team during procedures
• Deliver education and emotional support to patients and families throughout the birth experience
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote safe, high-quality outcomes
