Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current Washington State RN license or multistate compact license
- Approved 6-hour suicide training
- Verification of demographics through Nursys
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current TNCC certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Strong team-player attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Meditech experience is helpful, but not required
- Full availability for scheduling with pre-approved time off only
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
- Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Perform emergency nursing interventions with confidence and efficiency
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support smooth patient flow
- Deliver compassionate care in a high-acuity, team-oriented environment
- Adapt to changing priorities while supporting department needs and extra shift opportunities
