Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current Washington State RN license or multistate compact license
• Approved 6-hour suicide training
• Verification of demographics through Nursys
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Strong team-player attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Meditech experience is helpful, but not required
• Full availability for scheduling with pre-approved time off only

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Perform emergency nursing interventions with confidence and efficiency
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support smooth patient flow
• Deliver compassionate care in a high-acuity, team-oriented environment
• Adapt to changing priorities while supporting department needs and extra shift opportunities
