• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
• Call Requirement: 12 hours of call per 4-week schedule
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680-$1,770

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of labor and delivery experience required
• Experience in an LDRP or high-birth-volume environment preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate Mother/Baby nursing care to postpartum patients and newborns
• Support labor and delivery, postpartum, nursery, and antepartum patient needs as assigned
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections in a maternal-child healthcare setting
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Use EMR systems accurately and maintain timely clinical documentation
• Promote patient education, family support, and a positive birth experience
