We are seeking an experienced Mother/Baby Registered Nurse for a rewarding travel nursing assignment in Newport, VT. Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• Experience in Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, or Nursery preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain strong patient care standards
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed
• Comfort providing care for overflow patients from additional inpatient units
• Willingness to participate in quarterly education sessions
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to postpartum patients and newborns
• Support Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and Nursery patient care needs
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Collaborate with the care team to promote safe, coordinated care
• Assist with overflow coverage and float to other units when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Participate in unit education and ongoing professional development
• Deliver compassionate care that supports patients and families during an important time
