Job Requirements

• Active RN license and current clinical experience in the Operating Room
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• Epic experience required
• Ability to work daytime shifts and participate in an on-call rotation
• Strong attention to detail, patient safety, and surgical workflow in a perioperative setting
• Must be able to wear navy blue scrubs

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Support surgeons and the surgical team in maintaining a safe, efficient operating room workflow
• Prepare the OR, equipment, and supplies for procedures
• Monitor patients closely throughout the surgical process and respond to changing needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage as needed
