Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Critical care or ICU nursing experience required
• Ability to read telemetry
• Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to adapt care to changing patient needs
• Required credentials must be submitted prior to the start date for onboarding

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in a critical care environment
• Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing standards
• Monitor patient status closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Care for patients across multiple age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and thoroughly
