Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in stepdown, telemetry, cardiac care, or a related acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS required
• PALS and SAMA preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to provide safe, high-quality patient care
• Ability to adapt quickly in a collaborative, patient-focused healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult cardiac stepdown and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient status, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to changing clinical conditions
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment
