Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• Emergency Department or Emergency Room experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safe, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patients with urgent and emergent conditions
• Perform triage and prioritize care based on patient acuity and clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Support smooth patient flow and maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced ER setting
