Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Operating Room RN or perioperative nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Commitment to safe, high-quality patient care and surgical nursing best practices

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and surgical team members to support efficient operating room workflow
• Monitor patients closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain a sterile, safe, and organized operating room environment
• Document care accurately and collaborate with the care team throughout each case
• Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, attentive care
