• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Schedule Expectations: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Setting: High-volume Emergency Department with fast track rooms, behavioral health swing rooms, and trauma/resuscitation capability

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of Emergency Department or ER nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Comfort caring for pediatric patients in an emergency care setting
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced Emergency Department
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
• Support care delivery in a busy Emergency Department with trauma/resuscitation rooms and fast track areas
• Care for pediatric patients in collaboration with a team experienced in family-centered emergency services
• Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow nurses, and support staff to promote efficient patient flow
