• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract

• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750 - $1,840

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required
• ICU experience required
• Critical care experience required
• At least 2 years of bedside clinical experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within the required admission timeframe
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for LTAC patients
• Coordinate patient education and discharge planning from admission through discharge
• Provide timely, accurate documentation in the medical record
• Communicate patient status updates to the interdisciplinary care team to support continuity of care
• Support rehabilitation goals and promote quality outcomes for medically complex patients
• Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff as appropriate
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
• Prioritize tasks effectively while delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care
