Job Details

• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
• Call Requirement: None
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460–$1,540

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience required
• ALS certification required
• BLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• ENPC or PALS certification required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency care environment
• Team-oriented, flexible, and positive approach to patient care
• Preferred: 2+ years of ED experience

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical need
• Support emergency interventions and procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
• Collaborate closely with providers, techs, and the care team to ensure efficient patient flow
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care while maintaining strong communication with patients and families
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, adaptability, and excellent patient outcomes
