Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing or behavioral health nursing
• Travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• CPI or MOAB certification required
• Up-to-date resume reflecting relevant specialty experience
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• NURSYS verification for all active RN licenses
• Driver’s license with address matching demographics
• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Cerner experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate nursing care to patients in a psychiatric and behavioral health setting
• Monitor patient condition, respond to behavioral health needs, and support individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform comprehensive nursing assessments in accordance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote patient stability, recovery, and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team during shift handoffs
• Support a structured, patient-centered environment focused on safety, de-escalation, and recovery-oriented care
• Be available to float as needed within the local hospital system
