Job Requirements

• Active RN license in the appropriate state, or ability to obtain prior to start
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• TNCC required
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department
• BLS certification may be required or preferred depending on facility onboarding

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department
• Perform rapid assessments, monitor patient status, and respond to changing conditions
• Assist with triage, treatment planning, and coordination of care
• Administer medications and therapies per provider orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and other care team members to support efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Deliver compassionate care while adapting to the needs of a dynamic ER environment
