- Healthcare Setting: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

- End Date: November 22, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience, preferably in NICU, neonatal care, or pediatric critical care
- Ability to complete all required pre-start compliance steps for New Mexico, including fingerprinting and background check processing
- All required certifications and documentation must be in place prior to start
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced critical care environment
- Reliable, team-oriented approach with excellent communication and compassionate patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes promptly, and escalate concerns as needed
- Support treatment plans, medication administration, and ongoing clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality neonatal care
- Educate and support families with compassion throughout the care process
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient patient care environment
