• Work Environment: Busy emergency setting with a 1:4 patient ratio

Job Requirements

• 2-3+ years of Emergency Department RN experience
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Active RN license
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIH Stroke certifications
• Strong ability to safely care for multiple patients across varying acuities
• Confidence recognizing changes in patient condition and acting quickly and appropriately
• Team-oriented, friendly, hardworking, and adaptable approach
• At least an ADN required; additional education is welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of conditions
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient status promptly and effectively
• Care for adult and geriatric patients, with some pediatric cases as needed
• Manage common ED presentations such as chest pain, abdominal pain, and behavioral health concerns
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Use clinical judgment to prioritize care in a dynamic, fast-paced emergency department
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Support a positive team environment and contribute to excellent patient experiences
