Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain strong patient care standards
• Completion of all required compliance steps prior to start
• Willingness to complete New Mexico fingerprinting and background check requirements
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality medical-surgical nursing care in an acute care setting
• Assess patient conditions, monitor changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate effective patient plans
• Accurately document care, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record
• Support patients and families with education and guidance throughout the care process
• Maintain a professional, dependable presence during night shift coverage
