Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with recent Labor & Delivery experience
• 4-5 years of recent L&D nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Epic/Stork electronic medical record experience required
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts in a fast-paced maternity care environment
• Experience providing obstetric nursing care in antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, GYN, and newborn care settings
• Strong teamwork, communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care throughout the labor and delivery process
• Monitor and support antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, GYN, and newborn patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the care team to support strong maternal and neonatal outcomes
• Perform labor assessments, fetal monitoring, recovery care, and other L&D nursing duties as needed
• Document accurately and efficiently in the Epic/Stork system
• Adapt to a flexible travel nurse assignment and provide floating support when needed within scope
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing healthcare team focused on quality patient care
